ROA recognizes the multifaceted nature of the drilling industry and has classified its members into four distinct sectors, each delineated by the specific services offered.

Provides strategic leadership and direction to the Rig Owners Association, overseeing governance matters and representing the organization at the highest level.
Vice Chair
Supports the Chairperson in strategic oversight and assumes leadership responsibilities in the Chairperson's absence.
Secretary
Manages organizational records, meeting minutes, and formal documentation of board decisions and communications.
Treasurer
Oversees financial management, budgeting, and reporting to keep the association fiscally healthy and accountable.
Finance Chair
Oversees budget allocation, auditing processes, and fiscal policy compliance while ensuring transparent financial reporting.
Ethics Chair
